What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. If you require different times, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer underground parking (subject to availability and additional charges). We recommend booking in advance. Electric vehicle charging points are available.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. We offer spacious, fully equipped family apartments. Please check our rates for specific conditions depending on age.
When is the swimming pool open?
The swimming pool is available during the summer season. Our sea-view rooftop is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and Mediterranean atmosphere.

Yes, all apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen so you can feel at home throughout your stay.
Where is the hotel located?
We are located in the historic former Customs House of Salou, in the town centre, less than a five-minute walk from the beach and next to the marina.
